Marco's Pizza

ROGER IS SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!!!!!! HE CALLED HIMSELF A MANAGER THEN HUNG UP ON ME LIKE A CHILD!!!!!

Placed my order over the phone and when I arrived to the store, the order was nowhere to be found. After repeating the 1 pizza that was ordered, they got to work making it. The pizza came out completely incorrect. After clarifying the order once again, it was still made wrong. The worker knew the toppings were incorrect yet still had the audacity to hand me the 2nd pizza made wrong. After waiting for 30 minutes past the pick up time. He refused to give me a refund for my order and did nothing to rectify the situation, in fact only argued with a customer. This was such a poor experience and I will never be back. Get it together.

The person that takes my order listens to me and understands me when I talk cause I have a speech impairment Didn't make me feel like I was hard to understand. The driver is always friendly when he comes to my door. Prices are reasonable. The staff knows how to treat people with disabilities And makes you feel like a person. Wasn't planning on ordering pizza. Flyer arrived in the mail with a photo of a pizza with cupping pepperoni. Looked like a perfectly prepared pizza using quality ingredients. If you're unfamiliar with cupping pepperoni, it's a high quality thick-cut pepperoni that curls into "cups" when cooked, creating high spots that char. It's much better tasting and much higher quality than standard thin slice pepperoni most restaurants use. Thought to myself, wow, this place cares about quality ingredients. Raises their operating costs by 70 cents or so per pizza which is significant, so most restaurants skip this bit of quality, sacrificing taste. Pizza arrived. Thin slice garbage-quality pepperoni. Standard, low-end shredded mozzarella. To be fair, I wasn’t expecting quality fresh mozzarella. Most places use shredded. Doesn’t taste as good, but it’s cheap and common. If you just want a pizza for the kids, or the guys who helped you move a sofa, great. It's an OK pizza. It's 100% not what they advertise in their ad

They never pick up the call I was on the call for a hour and nobody answered and they closed at 11pm and it was 9pm this is so bad
