Wanted to order a custom built sub with only what I actually want/am able to ingest without getting sick on it but they don't allow it sadly I have to go to subway just to get what I actually want. Thought they might have the build your own option on doordash but no, called and asked and was told no only what's on the menu is avaliable gee thanks glad to know it's a cater to who you want and not everyone is invited business. They should probably put a sign up and do club members only since it's their way or no way. Dietary restrictions: No was told its only what's on the menu.
The pizza was amazing and the staff was realy kind.Sure the pizza is I little expensive it's still realy good so I recommend you go there

I have ordered Marco's for delivery frequently. My complaint is that sometimes their delivery takes about an hour to receive it, meaning I'm eating a cold pizza.
I have become very disappointed in Marcos lately. I've been a customer of the Decatur Marcos since its opening, but over the past year my experiences are hit or miss. Unfortunately, it's been mainly a miss. They really have fallen quite far from what was previously the best and most consistent pizza place in Decatur. I know that's only my opinion, but my family looked forward to eating there at least twice a week, sometimes more. Now it seems we only eat there when we're too tired to cook in hopes that this time it'll actually be as good as it used to be. However, it feels more like they are competing for last place against Little Caesars. I had hope things would be better after seeing what looked like a group of management visiting frequently, but it seemed the pizza was even worse on those days. I would also like to add that it feels like there is too much management, and not enough workers. Just an observation, not a statement. I understand that it is difficult to find quality staff these days, but maybe a redirection of funds towards the workers instead of management would be better suited. Then again, maybe it's the training. This is all just my opinion, but I am really getting close to becoming a previous customer if things do not change in a timely manner. Lastly, to whomever may read this review, understand that I do not want anything for free nor do I want anything offered to me. I just want the positive consistency back at the Decatur location before it ends like Pizza Hut did. On the positive side, I will say that the customer service has been quite good, even if the food is lackluster. I truly hope this reaches someone that can help this location become the best again.
The 2699 Sandlin Rd. Decatur, AL location is by far the best in the business and that's including that chick place. I've ordered delivery on the app numerous times and without fail the order is correct, it's delivered on time if not early, the drivers are engaging, and the food is fresh and crazy good. Others might pull that off once or twice, but Marco's sets the bar for consistency and nobody's close.
