I ordered a build your own pizza which included spinach. The quality of the pizza was good, however there was barely any spinach. I'll continue to visit again. Parking: The location is in a large plaza.
ZERO STARS if I could. I guess the employees are too busy playing on their phones to pay attention and cut someone’s pizza. I tried to call about the issue and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and said it’s not their fault and the employee “forgot”. How do you forget when you have hundreds of orders a day? Unprofessional and the quality of the pizza is subpar.
Last time I order about a month ago everything was perfect. I ordered delivery which ended up being through door dash, which is fine but I didn’t get any of my sauces or the 2 liter. When I called they said I could come pick everything up or call the general manager in the morning for a refund for the 2 liter. I was mostly disappointed from my missing sauces. Sounded like to me they are a little under staffed at this location. The lady on the phone was nice and understanding
I recently placed an order through Uber eats. I always ask the the delivery person grab some Parmesan cheese packets because they never provide it with outgoing orders. Well the driver asked them and they told her it's 10 cent a pack. Well my problem is, when I pay for sauces,dips, or anything else, the restaurant refuses to give what you paid for and you have to sit back and accept it. Uber sometimes don't want to refund you on stuff like that. I don't think it's fair at all. If it's being done to me, imagine all the other customers they're doing this to. I was pissed. If I pay for something, I expect it to be in my bag since you want to charge for something that's already free with the pizza.
Ordered a pizza with extra cheese didn’t get to cheese it was burnt and they had the nerve to try to charge me for the packets that are free with purchase of pizza
Pizza was undercooked and dough was not completely baked. Will not order for this location again. Not the first time receiving service not to Company’s Standards.
Ordered a XL pizza for delivery before 9pm. Said that it was on the way. I never got a call from the store. The door dash driver called me and told me that they canceled my order because they didn’t make the XL dough. (Didn’t order through door dash so I was confused). The driver said I should be getting a refund but I haven’t heard from the store. They should’ve tried to make it right. They waited until They were closing to cancel the order. Now I have to try to find food on NYE. That’s bad business and customer service. They could’ve offered another size. They knew they didn’t have dough when i first placed the order.
