I ordered curbside pickup I sat for at least 10 mins after checking in waiting for my order. Just to call and be told I have to pickup in stores. It’s barely anywhere to park and why offer curbside if you have to come in. My order wasn’t made correctly and I didn’t receive my extra dipping sauces that I paid for definitely won’t be back!
I called and spoke with the manager. His name is Anthony and he was great! However, when I went into Marco’s, Anthony was out on a delivery. When I attempted to place my gluten free pizza order I was told I could not be accommodated. When I asked for the manager, the gentleman explained that he was out on delivery, so I decided to wait for his return. Thankfully, Anthony returned within 15 minutes. He prepared my order in time for the Super Bowl festivities and the gluten free pepperoni pizza was perfect. Anthony made my order in a separate area, used clean utensils and cookware, and there was no cross contamination. I only wish the staff were more informed and prepared to assist in cases like mine. Dietary restrictions: I have Celiac.
Honestly surprised, low product quality, I ordered a Big Cheese and it looked like such a small staff, cut into cubes without having ordered it, and the pepperoni one I'm still looking for them, incredible the truth, money lost or thrown away I NEVER RETURN Also didn't sent napkins
Pizzas are always late. Special instructions are never noticed. Every time I’ve ordered square cut and well done (options they offer on the app) and it’s never been done.
They don’t answer the phone ever make you go in and still mess up your order
