Love the concept, and I enjoyed their available options. Wasn't impressed by the portions and prices compared to other local shoppes. My two scoop waffle cup with 2 toppings was $10 (incl dollar tip), but it looked like 1 scoop at most places in Charlotte. Maybe it was just a new employee, or because she forgot I ordered a waffle cup, and "moved" my ice cream from one cup to the correct one (and left some ice cream behind).

I absolutely love their ice cream. There is typically always a warm, friendly environment. My only issue is sanitary. A staff employee was sweeping the floor when a family entered the store. Since another employee was preparing my order, the other employee who was sweeping the floor waited on them. The employee did not wash or sanitize her hands after touching a nasty dirty broom before touching the tools to scoop the ice cream, toppings lid, or cups and cones. Come on staff, please be clean.

Excellent customer service! I come in every Wednesday and the girl who works has the best attitude and was really kind and patient. Would definitely recommend this location.

After a long day I was trying to unwind and was craving some ice cream so I visited the store and was gladly surprised by how amazing the customer experience was by the two girls working who put a smile on my face, the ice cream was great and the experience even greater!

The ice cream & shakes are good. I have an issue with the employees that work there. Poor customer service. I was there waiting for 15 minutes. Nobody was in the store except for me and another customer that was paying at register. There were 2 employees at the store. One was taking care the customer at the register, the other employee was mopping the floor behind the counter. She did acknowledge that I was there waiting for someone to take my order. She ignored me & kept mopping. Then finally she stopped mopping because the other employee told her that I was next. She started to prepare my order which was 2 shakes. She took the blender put milk then 3 ice cream scoops. Then she stopped because the customer that already paid asked her about prices of the ice cream cones he just paid. She stopped my order and began doing the math on the customer order. In the meantime the other employee that was at the register before went to the back for 5 minutes then came back and joined the one who was doing the math. My order was left just like that. I got no choice but leave this freaking place very frustrated & disappointed. These morons should be retrained. Seriously!

Definitely a must if you’re craving sweets. The hospitality and quality is just perfect.
