Marble Room Steaks and Raw Bar

Excellent!! Always a treat! Valet is always very polite and attentive. The ladies at the entrance were wonderful, polite and elegant. Michael at the bar was so nice and made some wonderful drinks while waiting for our other guests to arrive. Katie was out waitress at the table and was ultra attentive, polite, and just all around great! Very passionate of her job. The food was excellent as always! The other folks who refilled the bread and water were always near when needed!! Great Job as always. We had a great time for our coworkers birthday !! ( BMW Westlake crew) Madison B. Is always awesome with as reservation needs or questions. Malisse and family are wonderful! Great place here ! See you all next time !

We came on Saturday Feb 17th and sat at the bar. We asked the bartender for a refill when she had a moment and in return she started to freak out stating she is super busy. She began to get very flustered. We ask politely and said when you had a moment. The food took an hour and a half to come out. The service and the time we waited to receive our food was absolutely disappointing. The food quality for the price was mediocre. Will not return.

Our friend group recently went for drinks at the Marble Room. One of our good friends is always looking out for others and has a heart for service, and we wanted to find a way to show our gratitude for who she is and what she does for everyone around her. She has often spoken about one day visiting the Marble Room, so we decided to show our appreciation to her with a visit. Our group of five was seated immediately in the Lounge area, where our servers Christina and Katie greeted us. Their service was exceptional, friendly, and appropriately matched the charm of the beautiful decor. They were knowledgeable about each drink on the menu, providing descriptions of flavor and the processes behind making them. Additionally, they went above and beyond by taking our group's photo in a well-framed section of the historic building; they even brought complementary desserts for our friend when they heard why we were there. My friends and I felt they were polite and service-oriented while still being down to earth. The drinks themselves were second-to-none, and there were extensive options. Hopefully, we will return in the future for other special occasions.

We went to the Marble Room on Saturday February 10th. We didn’t have a reservation. We put our name in for bar seating & we’re told 40 minutes. They texted us much quicker, which was a nice surprise. The restaurant was BEAUTIFUL and they had a saxophonist walking around which was so cool. We were waited on by bar staff who were super friendly. Service was fantastic from her. We ordered the Crab Appetizer which was served with cocktail sauce & a white French vinaigrette, both sauces were amazing! We then split a Caesar salad which are my favorites & it was great. Handmade croutons & the dressing were phenomenal. We ordered the lobster tail and 32oz Wagyu tomahawk for us to split, a hefty price tag but the cut of meat is huge and beautiful. We also got the Brussel sprouts which had big chunks of pork and very good, the au gratin potatoes were the best I ever had. Unfortunately, we became INCREDIBLY sick for almost 48 hours. I want to come back and try again but I’m still scared to eat. It was unfortunate to spend $500+ on a meal to have it come back in an unpleasant way (I’m not sure a nicer way to put it). But don’t let that steer you away from a beautiful atmosphere & great service.

Had a poor experience here and do not recommend. For the price, expected much better service, and food. Review is in regard to dinner on 12/30. Husband asked for his steak cooked medium rare and it was served wayyyyy over done. We aren’t the type of people to even say anything but this was visibly burnt/black like a kids toy. When we brought this up to the service, I kid you not, he immediately said “can you please cut into the center for me.” I mean our table was speechless. I think he could sense how off put we were and claimed this was the policy of the chef. Ok…You are serving 100+ dollar steaks. Do not ask your patron to cut into their meat as if you don’t believe them. Additionally, you are a steak house…this is all you do every night for years…you can’t correctly cook a medium well steak?! A new one was brought out and this next one was basically rare. Ok we get it jokes on us now the kitchen hates us. Will never return. Even writing this out makes me cringe thinking about that moment. Save your money. Go to chipotle.
