Good chicken, almost cold gravy, and flavorless latte

This was my first time at this eatery. I did an online order, and it was ready when I arrived. I looked for a pickup sign and notice one; the lady who came to the register was very nice and grabbed it for me instead of just telling me where to go. I got the Farmer with 2 smashbrowns. I couldn’t decide if I liked the smashbrowns or not (personal texture issue not necessarily taste). The sandwich was really good! The biscuit was good by itself and the combination of the sandwich with the apple butter was . I’m kind of sad I didn’t get another sandwich to take home with me, as I live out of town

Chill place. Ok biscuits are a little crisper than I prefer.

One thing surprisingly I appreciated is their portion. They don’t give you enormous mountain of food but just the right size for what normal human being needs. And for the price you pay it’s fairly reasonable. Husband really enjoyed his biscuits and chicken and I loved my omelette waffle, I think it’s called fretaffle? Or something like that Not a fan of the “find your own table” ordeal because on a busy day it’s hard to find seats, but oh well..

I ordered about 2 dozen biscuits to go. When I arrived the customer service was phenomenal. The biscuits were outstanding. I willing definitely be coming back to try the brunch menu

Sorry to say, Maple Street was overall a disappointment. First off, the young lady that was working the front register was not in the least welcoming, barely made eye contact and seemed, well, sad. The country fried steak and gravy biscuit was tasty but not extraordinary; the specialty coffee drinks were made with powdered espresso and just fell flat. Credit is given for the free remake of my Chai latte as I forgot to ask for oat milk when I ordered and that we got a small smile and "have a nice day" when we left. The atmosphere just had the vibe that none of the staff really wanted to be there and the whole experience just felt uncomfortable. It's definitely a one and done for us. (I'd give them more 2s than 3s but I feel bad for them, actually.)

I'd never been here before and I absolutely loved it! The employees were friendly and the food was AH-MAY-ZING. The only small down side is that it's a little cramped when the the place is busy - but it's 100% worth it!

I definitely recommend people in Columbus try this restaurant it’s really good. I had Fresh Toast Biscuits it’s amazing. Really nice people.

Food and coffee was delicious, staff was friendly and helpful. They were crazy busy when we went around 9:30/10am on a Sunday so we had to wait a bit for our food, which is fine for us adults but tough for little kids. Seating wasn’t ideal, it was crowded so finding seats for my family of 4 was tough. Ultimately we pushed two tables together and made it work. I noticed other customers who were seated closer to the bathrooms kept having to move out of the way for the trash can to come through. Overall, the food was delicious and I’ll definitely order from here again, it just may be to-go instead .
