Nice place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast. The coffee and food were very good.

On a weekend trip in Chattanooga,TN, we stopped here because it was close to the hotel, had good ratings, and the good looked good. We were NOT disappointed!!! Our experience started with the wonderful woman at the checkout who made us feel comfortable and was very kind. The call name of the day was celebrity crush and in that moment, I forgot every celebrity in existence lol. The food came out hot and delicious!! I HIGHLY suggest the Maple Mocha Latte too, the best I've had. We're planning to come back tomorrow because it was so good! Heard that they expanded into Ohio, so we'll check it out there too! Must stop! Parking: Street parking right in front, and a parking garage about a block away. We found parking without issue at 9am on a Saturday

Very awesome and nice people who work here. Food is pretty pricy, but worth it for how good it is. The Orange Juice is literally the best ever made. No joke.

On 02-02-24 we went to the downtown Chattanooga location. We have previously been to this and other MSBC locations. This experience was terrible and the worst restaurant experience in years. Parked directly in front of the restaurant at 9:20 am. Paid for 1:40 parking. Was inside by 9:25. Two other two people groups ahead of us. No one was at the register. No one came to the register for over 10 minutes. The line was now out the door. The man who finally appeared at the register said sorry I'm barista too and have to do that first. We ordered, paid at 9:53, 30 minutes after entering. By 10:20 I went to the counter and asked about our order. They stated they ran out of biscuits it will be about 10 minutes. They gave my wife her grits and I had to wait another 15 minutes for my order. She had almost finished her order before mine arrived. My scrambled eggs were cold, hard and discoloring. The biscuit was still raw and gooey in the middle. Didn't finish any of my order. Left the restaurant at 10:50. Luckily I paid for extra parking and we were directly in front of the restaurant. One and one half hours for bad food and service? I know restaurants are having staff issues but for now I will try elsewhere.

The buttermilk biscuits here changed my life.

Biscuits were alright, will come again to try the chicken and waffles or other plates.

The food was great as always, but I would caution ordering online. I waited over 30 minutes after the order pick-up time and 50 minutes after the order was made. The response I received after inquiring about the delay was that there was 1 person dedicated to online orders and that they were backed up. Mind you, during this time, only 3 to-go orders were placed on the pick-up stand. Seems like they could've adjusted and had someone help get caught up. Would've been better off ordering to go at the counter or dining in.
