Saw this place on Channel 7's Bites with Belkis, and took my mom to lunch last weekend. The EPIS in all the food is KOUPÉ DWÈT.... Amazing food. Amazing service. Daniel took good care of us. Exceptional. Thanks. I'll definitely stop by again...

Hidden gem in wynwood for Caribbean cuisine. Authentic with a modern twist. Very reasonably priced and generous portions! Pleasantly surprised by this place. Will definitely be a regular customer!

I think I’ve been to the citadel location but didn’t remember so I decided to give this location a try. My instincts as soon as I walked in told me to walk back out, but I didn’t listen. The place was empty, wasn’t actually sure if it was open, but shockingly they were open for business. I don’t know who the creator is of this restaurant, but the cuisine is an insult to authentic Haitian cuisine, was not even close. I wasted money and was disappointed, but the shrimp meal I bought for someone else was actually decent. Their version of legume tastes NOTHING like it. It saddens me when authentic dishes are watered down and transformed into something foreign to accommodate the palates of those who are not of Haitian descent.

I got gryio with rice and peas, and sweet plantain and that was the best food I've had. The food is so flavorful and definitely worth it. My kids had the jerk chicken and they loved it. Amazing food and definitely coming back again.
