Ingat kayo tsong at mga daaayy. Pag pinagbabayad kayo sa counter at inabot iyong paying device, hingin niyo muna iyong itemize na resibo nang kinain niyo. Dapat nga ibinigay muna etong itemize na resibo, SOP eto kaso alaws. Na-dengoy ako kasi punta na raw ako sa counter at doon magbayad, iyong pala sinaksak na iyong 18% na gratuity. Dehins ko naman alam, nagbigay pa ako nang diyes porsyento. Ingat lang!!! Parking: None

Was here 2 nights ago with my parents. Waited 40+ minutes for 3 items. Then hides an 18% on the gratuity for 3 person table and asks for a tip on top of that on the machine. They will NOT give you an itemized receipt until after you pay, be careful. Would not recommend, best to save your money and time by going elsewhere. Super disappointing.

Dissatisfied with my order. I asked for lumpiA sariwa, but they gave me chopsuet with sauce on the side to make it called LumpiA Sariwa. The menu clearly says the lumpiA sariwa is wrapped with fresh egg wrapper. This is my first and last time ordering from them

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. NEVER SPENDING A CENT TO THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN. I WISH THE LADY WHO HUNG UP ON MY CALL AND TOLD ME TO COMPLAIN ALL I WANT AND SAID BYE TO HAVE A BETTER NIGHT. YOU MIGHT NEED TO TAKE GO BACK TO SCHOOL AND LEARN YOUR MANNERS AGAIN

I was dissappointed on how much meat they gave me with $25 meat platter. My friend recommend this manila grill so I try to order through phone to pick up. I was just not expected the amount of meat. It's not worth it for $25. I'd rather just go to seafood city and pay a bit more than this. I would definitely not recommend this restaurant.

During our visit on November 23, 2023 we encountered several issues that have left us feeling frustrated and disappointed. Firstly, we were dismayed to find an additional drink on our bill that we had not ordered. This discrepancy in our bill was an unwelcome surprise and added an unnecessary expense to our dining experience. We were confident in the accuracy of our initial orders, and the inclusion of this additional drink was inconsistent with our expectations and preferences. Furthermore, we were troubled by the automatic inclusion of a $5 gratuity tip on our bill. While we understand and appreciate the importance of acknowledging the hard work of the staff, we believe that tipping should be at the discretion of the customer and based on the quality of the service received. The imposition of a mandatory gratuity without our consent was unjust and made the tipping process feel insincere. To compound our dissatisfaction, we were dismayed to find that the payment machine prompted us to add an additional tip on top of the mandatory gratuity. This approach felt manipulative and coercive, leaving us feeling pressured to provide further gratuity, despite already being charged a compulsory amount. As a customer, I believe it is imperative to highlight these issues in the hope that they can be addressed to prevent similar experiences for future patrons. These practices not only led to an unfair increase in the total cost of our meal, but also diminished our overall perception of the restaurant and its integrity. In conclusion, I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback seriously and take steps to rectify these issues. We value honesty, transparency, and fairness, and we trust that Manila Grill Restaurant shares these values.
