Mamma Mia's Trattoria

Great food, and our server was fabulous, but even with a reservation fir 4, we had to wait 30 minutes for a table. Maybe they should just do first come, first served.

We reserved a table on a Friday night for 7:15. Upon arrival of 7:10 we were told there were 11 people before us. Wait… what???? I don’t understand why this place takes reservations. They are so unorganized, people are all over the place inside and out, NO ONE knows where to go. Never mind all the cars parked outside the place blocking the entire entrance to the plaza. Haven’t tasted the food and honestly don’t care to. Please figure your process whether you will or will not be accepting reservations.!!! Very disappointing!!!

Here we go again, another holiday ruined by the staff of this restaurant. They called the cops and claimed that our community fireworks celebration was hitting their restaurant. Despite the fact there are dozens of witnesses and videos showing no proof of this! 2024! 2023 I am writing this review on behalf of all the residents of Town Commons. We live in a community that is located next to Mama Mia’s and we are deeply disappointed in the way we were treated on New Year’s Eve we had a scheduled even on private property to celebrate the holiday until several members of the Mia staff came onto our private property and ruined the festivities. They were very aggressive and threatening towards all of us. Also we reminded them that we are on private property and they are not welcome guests. But they didn’t seem to care as they proceeded to come across anyhow. They threatened to call the cops on us. Despite the fact that we explained that our event was protected by Florida state law. And that it was also a scheduled event, which lots of the residents specifically planned their evening around the festivities. Nonetheless they continued to be aggressive and basically telling us they don’t care about our community. Eventually we shutdown the event because we didn’t want any more trouble from the staff confronting us. Myself and all the other residents demand an apology. We will not forget the way we were treated. Furthermore the general manager Daniel offered us a complimentary meal next time we came in, but when we came in to redeem the offer we were met with more rudeness and denied the offer.

The best place ever for really great food and service!!!

This is the fourth time I arranged a dinner at Mamma Mia's for our Long Island community's Snowbird group (30 people). Each year, we've been delighted with our dinner experience at this restaurant. The food has been excellent. It's been delicious, served hot, and the portions were generous. The serving staff has always been attentive and ready to accommodate. The manager I've interfaced with, Daniele, made planning the dinner very easy with numerous options. All planning was completed via telephone and the internet. Some of the participants remarked that they hope we will return again next season because we've had such a nice time here. Needless to say, we'll be back next season.

Very good. Portions are huge. Take home for a second night.

Oh, I liked this place. We had a group of about 35 for a burial and birthday celebration. Angel did a great job with her crew taking care of us. BTW, the family from New Jersey devoured your pizza
