So excited that they are here in United States! They are originally from Kobe, Japan. They have their own unique way to roast the raw beans. They also take a pride of making the coffee to the perfection. Definitely you will experience the Japan’s coffee ceremony ( instead of tea!)
Eeh.. first time there. Cute and small boutique style…..but dark roast drip was very watery, no rich flavor at all .. and I’m sorry they charge you extra to put plain creamer in it! . Won’t go back.
Simple, smooth, delicious cup of coffee. Sometimes the hardest things to execute are the simplest. No caramel sauce, whip cream, or sprinkles here, just well roasted beans from all around the world. These guys are so friendly and informative about their beans, sourcing and roasting. If you love the beauty of a pour over, come here and enjoy a fantastic cup.
Small and cute roaster with artisan beans and roasting process, they roast them to order (and depending on your preference). Their knowledge and attention to detail is exceptional. Amazing customer service and they love sharing information about their beans… so glad I found this place and will 100% come back!
You can tell the owner of this establishment has a true passion for coffee. If they ran a workshop, I would be willing to pay and attend it. The selection and customization allowed is impressive. I just wished it was a bigger space.
