Sushi was a bit warm and didnt have the beer on menu. My 2nd time there.

The Sushi was really good.

I ordered from here through Uber eats and was disappointed with the food, given the price point it just wasn't worth it at all. I ordered a salad that barely came w any protein and rolls, it just wasn't satisfying at all. The two items alone came to about $45 and I'm all for paying for good food but the portion was small. The salad was suppose to have lobster and barely had any and the rolls had cream cheese in them that was not good at all, im sure it's a better experience to go in person but that's what places like this are for, more for the esthetic and name but the food is okay and overpriced.

Mama sushi has great food unfortunately this location is Terrible due to the employees they are rude and stuck up and unwelcoming especially the blonde manager. And alternative location that has great customer service and great employee very welcoming crew and great management is the east tremont location avoid dycman.

Great food, horrible service. On 1/27/24- we had my sister's birthday party. From the beginning there was an issue, the hostess was "VERY" unprofessional and gave us a hard time because only "4 out of 12ppl didnt arrive" mind you they didn't even setup the table. The server we have was nice and attentive in the beginning but he was all over the place. He took app orders from one side of the table and when it came to giving out the entrees he look confused, along with the bus boys, so my friend who was a "GUEST" had helped, "thats' unacceptable." The overall part he pocket the money and try to say we owe $3. I spoke with the server and he didn't even add the amount correctly and still try to say we owe when I clearly did the math for him. The bill was divided among the party and we even rounded the change. He got paid his tip which was already included in the bill. Then the "manager" came over to speak with my friend about the situation and it was a hot mess- she even snatched the receipts out her hand. They really thought we were clueless guests that they can take advantage of. Myself and half my guests work and had worked in the food business. If they would've recongized they were at fault and apolgized then I would've rated another star. Overall, my sister had a great birthday but I just couldn't get over the unprofessionalism. I won't be back at this establishment. Buena comida, pésimo servicio. El 27 de enero del 24 de enero tuvimos la fiesta de cumpleaños de mi hermana. Desde el principio hubo un problema, el anfitrión no era profesional y nos hizo pasar un mal rato porque solo «4 de cada 12 personas no llegaron», eso sí, ni siquiera pusieron la mesa. El camarero que tenemos fue amable y atento al principio, pero estaba por todos lados. Aceptaba las apps de un lado de la mesa y cuando tenía que repartir los platos principales parecía confundido, al igual que los chicos del autobús, así que mi amigo, que era un «INVITADO», me ayudó, «eso es inaceptable». En general, se queda con el dinero y trata de decir que le debemos 3 dólares. Hablé con el mesero y ni siquiera sumó la cantidad correctamente y aun así trató de decir que le debemos cuando claramente hice los cálculos por él. El proyecto de ley estaba dividido entre el partido e incluso redondeamos el cambio. Le pagaron la propina que ya estaba incluida en la factura. Luego, la «gerente» se acercó para hablar con mi amiga sobre la situación y fue un desastre: incluso le arrebató los recibos de la mano. La verdad es que pensaron que solo éramos huéspedes y que podían aprovecharlo, y la mitad de mis huéspedes y yo trabajamos y habíamos trabajado en el negocio de la comida. Si hubieran reconocido que tenían la culpa y se hubieran disculpado, habría calificado con otra estrella. En general, mi hermana tuvo un gran cumpleaños, pero no pude superar la falta de profesionalismo. No volveré a este establecimiento.
