The food specially the sisig is so good but the guy who took our order at the counter is kinda sarcastic and suplado. Pinoys are known for its hospitality and being friendly but this one . Very unwelcoming to their guest.

Automatic 20% gratuity on our (party of 4) ~$200 bill for terrible service. My friends and I arrived at around 5 pm for dinner. The restaurant was relatively empty with about 2 other tables occupied. lt was our first time at the restaurant so we were not aware that we need to order prior to being seated. The guy who took our order was rude and made us feel unwelcome. We ordered the pork and bangus sisig, garlic fried rice, green beans, bbq pork, ginataan langka, mango shakes, soda and San Mig light. Vegetable servings were very small, but overall food was ok. We had left over sisig so I asked one of the servers for to go boxes and a couple of lemon slices to take with me for our left over sisig. She hesitated to give me lemon slices and said she will see if she can give us some (really?!). She eventually came back and gave me a couple of slices. Will not be going back, and definitely do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I suggest going to Pig & Khao instead. Pig & Khao’s sisig (pork and bangus) tastes better and 100% overall better experience for me.

Really small portions of food that are overpriced. The host/server was extremely nasty and rude. They charge a mandatory 20% tip for terrible service. And to top it off, we saw a big rat scurrying about, to and from the kitchen. When we pointed out the rat, the host just smiled and said “oh its safe” :/ Would definitely skip this spot.

Probably the best Filipino food in NYC. I tried the crispy pork sisig with garlic rice. This dish was a culinary masterpiece, perfectly capturing the essence of Filipino cuisine with the crispy pork offering a satisfying texture with every bite. Quality of the food was top notch. Highly recommend Mama Finas

Sort of a Sesig heavy menu (all very tasty) a nice assortment of silog (breakfasty) things. Not as large a menu once you take those things out. Having said that, it's our current go to for homesick momma style cookery. Very nice staff and spacious for larger groups.
