The food is fine, and the atmosphere is great. It's definitely not the best place for tapas in Edinburgh though.

Recomiendo La Malvarosa 100%.Fuimos mi pareja y yo durante la hora de comer y nos pedimos : -Calamares fritos -Lubina en salsa verde -Arroz Negro -Cheescake Basca Todo fue absolutamente delicioso ,no tengo ninguna queja de la comida ,todo estaba a su punto. La verdad la mejor comida que he tenido desde hace tiempo en un restaurante :) El mejor restaurante español de escocia! Me encantaria que incluso ampliaran mas su menu para poder probar mas variedad de sus deliciosos cocineros. Y el service charge no esta añadido , no se olviden de dar tips

What a gem to have stumbled upon! Highly recommend. I think tapas isn’t always done very well in a lot of places but the food was great, really tasty, good portions, reasonably prices. The people working there were lovely and really helpful. Atmosphere was perfect. Will definitely be back!

We decided to have lunch at Malvarosa today and the experience took us all the way to Spain!! The selection of home-made breads was an excellent starter and a great way to introduce the food that was to come. There were only 2 of us, hence why we could only go for 2 tapas each, but they were all individually perfect and prepared in an exemplary manner. We finished with a slice of cheesecake as a dessert, which was one of the tastiest cheesecakes we've ever had!!! We would love to be back and try more delicious, wholesome Spanish food! Thank you for serving us and for providing us with outstanding dishes!
