Malbec Argentine Steakhouse

Voy a contar mi experiencia. Pedimos 2 copas de malbec y estaba picado y agrio. Le avisamos al camarero (muy atento), el cual fue a hablar con el dueño. El dueño se acercó a nosotros y le comentamos la situación. Por empezar, fue directo a hablarle a mi novio y a mi no me miró ni escucho lo que yo tenía para decir, cómo si yo no estuviera ahí… Nos trajo otra copa de vino a cada uno (supuestamente el mismo) y esta vez estaba un poco mejor. Parecía que íbamos a empezar una conversación acerca de la situación y del nuevo vino, pero solo fue él contándonos acerca del Malbec (el cual nosotros tomamos SIEMPRE) y cuando terminó, se fue y nos dejó hablando solos. PD: Señor dueño, nosotros siempre nos dirigimos a usted y a los camareros con mucho respeto y usted nos dejó hablando solos. Espero nunca vuelva a tratar a un cliente de esa manera porque todos merecemos que nos traten con respeto, más aún si estamos yendo a comer a su restaurante. La comida en general estuvo rica.

Entramos dos personas , al restaurante , la atención muy mala , me sirvieron las sodas con demasiado hielo , la mesera una mujer sin ganas de trabajar , tímida y permitieron que desde la barra , un borracho nos interrumpa , la carne más o menos , el lugar sin alegría , sombrío , con música de fondo de velorios , no volveré nunca más al sitio no les recomiendo saludos .

Steak had no flavor. Salmon was delicious. Mashed potatoes needed seasoning. Drinks were balanced.

Made reservations for tonight for a birthday. Seated immediately. Had the empanadas. They were ok. Had the fried calamari. It was over cooked. Ordered NY strip steak med well. It came out bleeding. Ordered seafood pasta that smelled badly and too fishy. Seafood should smell like the sea. Ordered a porterhouse steak medium and it came well done and tough. Both steaks were tough even the bloody one. Ordered lamb chops that were all fat. We will have to make up this bday dinner somewhere else. They took the pasta dish off of the bill. We didn’t complain about the rest…just didn’t eat any of it.

We’ve been here a few times. Most recently for restaurant week. The food, drinks and service are always phenomenal.

Food was great especially their empanadas. The service wasn’t bad but it was nothing to brag on. The place was a bit too crowded for me. I don’t mean crowded as in a lot of people but just too small. The tables are to close. The bar is directly in front of the door. Also if you’re one of those bathroom photo people, forget about it. Not worth the energy to find your good side.
