Maki Plus

We have been coming to Maki Plus for over 10 years and absolutely love it. The rolls are awesome, and the service has always been friendly. The restaurant could use some TLC and a cleaning, but man, was dinner great. Definitely try the Superman Burrito and the Dynamite Roll! Highly recommended.

This place is in a small hidden area , very cute and cosy. We had a small lunch ordered a few things . Food is great !! Flavors are so good !! Everything tastes perfect . Only one thing that bothered me was the person who took care of us from start to finish was NOT friendly at all. No hello welcome , I asked her for any recommendations, she just said I don’t know , I asked her for spicy , she said she didn’t have any. I notice that she is also the cook Which is pretty cool , I would have gave her that 5th star but , she is just NOT FRIENDLY !

Lady working there has EXTREME staring problem. My family was the only people in for a while and we felt her eyes on us the whole time,very uncomfortable. Most painfilly awkward atmosphere ive ever eaten in u could not pay me to come back. Restaurant is too quiet and small so hard to have good conversations. The sushi is small and expensive. The table next to our asked for beers and the lady was staring at them whole time too with judgement. Looking for good food?Dont eat here. Looking for good atmosphere RUN in the other direction. This place will give demons everyone was fighting in the car on way home bc the negative vibes

I came here and purchased a spicy tuna roll & California roll. I was served a spicy tuna roll with SPOILED spicy tuna. The smell and taste of spoiled fish is something I do not wish you experience. That's unfortunately not all sadly. The service here is not great, the old lady working there treats you like you are inconveniencing her. The restaurant is not cleaned after promptly as the tables are covered with dirty dishes and utensils. It takes a long while for your order to be done. They are also stingy with utensils, sauces, and napkins. You have to ask for them, and when you do the lady there again looks highly irritated with you. The California roll only had a paper thin smear of avocado on it. I am so disappointed and I hope I don't get sick from this place. I was just trying to support a local business but will never be returning here again.

I went in around 4pm. There was only 1 person working and she either didn't see me at the counter to place my order or ignored me for over 5 minutes. I ordered a custom roll and an ingredient I'm unable to eat was included without my knowledge. Prices were high for what I got. Used to go to this restaurant regularly but will not be returning again in the future.
