Awesome service! I ordered my cake in evening and they make it in 40 minutes. The costumer service was a another level of professionalism with great people having the sense of humour. Fair price too! I’m a happy costumer and I recommend them without hesitation. My wife by the way likes the cake. So yummmy !!!!

I ordered a strawberry short cake for a birthday. The cake was horrible, it tasted like it was a lemon cake. Frosting was not good at all. I would not recommend getting a strawberry short cake from them.

Hands down, BEST cupcake in NYC. Actually, best cupcake I’ve had anywhere (and I’ve had them *everywhere*, all over the country). We tried four different kinds, as well as some of their cake slices, and everything was simply transcendent. They taste like the best homemade cupcakes from your warmest childhood memories. I am in love with this place! And the staff were so smiling and friendly and sweet.

I got a double chocolate cake and it was so good!

I called the establishment three times and was placed on hold for more than 10 mins each time I walked to the location and seen the employee in an empty store dancing on a laptop. When I mentioned I’ve been calling he says oh you still on hold! Then as I left he was rude Worst service ever!
