If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. After no confirmation email, me reaching out via multiple outlets with no response, I’m chopping this up to be a loss of money since obviously, the second they can charge your card, they will. I ordered two weeks in advance thinking I would definitely get the shipment in time, but sadly, that date came and went. If you’re looking for somewhere to dump money into with nothing valid out of it, here’s your waste of time.
I'd love to give them a great review, but I can't. I ordered online a few weeks prior to Valentine's Day, and I have yet to receive my order. I tried email, DM, and website to communicate.... nothing. They got my money, though! Very disappointing. It was the one thing my wife wanted for Valentine's Day. I ordered on February 3rd, too. Very annoying.
Ordered online a month ago for Valentine's Day. Order hasn't shipped and no one will reply to messages to provide status.
Like so many comments on Facebook. My order did not ship. Company needs to stop marketing as it cannot service existing customers. No customer service either to get a refund.
I don't know what happened to this company they have fallen off. This is the third time I ordered from them I ordered on 0/17/2024 no order or no response after emailing and sending a message through Messenger and Facebook. I checked the BBB site and they are rated an F. I now have my bank involved. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!
Fifth time order but this time went with their new invention the marshmallow macaroons and the Ferrero rocher pie and it blew me away! Sooo good

Never received order, was charged for order and no reply to numerous messages sent about not receiving order. Only thing I received was an order confirmation, no shipping info
Do not order from this store if you are having it shipped!!! Probably better if you are a local to go in store. If not, save yourself the trouble! It took a month for me to get my order. The macarons were barely stuffed and they didn't even taste like the flavors except a couple. They also molded after a week. I tried to contact them multiple times and they never responded until i got my credit card company involved, but then they still never fixed the issue. They gave me a gift card that is disabled... Not very good customer service. Save yourself and find a local store!
