Whether you stumbled upon this place by word of mouth or after watching the Nashville episode of Somebody feed Phil; there’s a reason people swear by this place when it comes to quality and consistency of the food. It’s conveniently located outside Chopper and they do have a collab; so you can drink your cocktails and eat your food inside. Parking can be tricky but you can always find a street parking within 1-2 blocks. Some menu items are permanent and some are rotational, so you can always be surprised and experiment. Prices are slightly higher than most food trucks, but certainly worth it.
Go. Incredible. Flavors are legit. West coaster here very familiar with Mexican food… I am SHOCKED at the quality of this spot in middle Tennessee. I can 1,000% see why they’re a James Beard Nominee. Don’t think twice - just go and enjoy.
Insanely good fish tacos and potato hash brown tacos. Like probably the best tacos we’ve ever had!
Food was waaaaaaaay overpriced for what you receive.
We came back through Nashville on our way home because we wanted to eat here and we were not disappointed. The food was great and the owner was extremely patient. As an out of stater who clearly didn’t understand the ordering system, he was extremely patient and kind when I walked up to the window before our order was ready and helped explain how it works. This is definitely worth a stop if you are going through Nashville. You’ll definitely leave stuffed and wanting more. As I’m writing this my wife even said “I miss the tacos.” That’s how good this place is.
Food was delicious but was looking for authentic Mexican flavor. It's a food truck so to dine in you sit at a bar and order a drink. If alcohol isn't your thing opt for takeout.
You can never go wrong with the birria tacos, and elote.
Biria tacos are delicious !
