I’m a regular here at this point it’s so good! Such a cute family owned and operated spot. Food is always excellent and drinks are good. You get what you pay for here, the burritos/quesadillas have way more steak or shrimp than other places and the ingredients taste fresh. I bring my friends and family here when they visit and they always want to come back. Highly recommend!

The place was great, as well as the food. Service was good, only downside.. I ordered 2 rounds of Don Julio shots. Each on a separate check and tipped gwnerously. The second round of shots, the bartender (or waiter), poured an extra shot. When delivered to the table, they asked if we wanted the shot. Well, sure...so I thought. The gentlemen explained he had to charge me. I declined. There was no need for another shot as we ordered a round of drinks with our food, as well. Other than that little awkward moment, the place was great. Grilled octopus was good, mac n cheese creamy and cheesy, and tuna tostados, really good. One friend had the muscles, and she raved about them. My other friend had the chilaquiles, and she said it tasted like mom's. Overall, highly recommend. (FRIDA drink shown in photo....delicious!)

Fue a este restaurante para el cumpleaños de mi hijo llegamos a las 4 para aprovechar el happy hour. Los aperitivos son riquísimos la comida muy rica y los postres deliciosos. La razón por la cual le doy una estrella ⭐️ al servicio es porque es malísimo. El bar tender es muy lento se toma mucho tiempo para hacer los tragos al mesero le falta mucho para la atención para ver que las mesas nesecitan. Parece que no quisieran ahí trabajando,Para traernos un trago casi 45 minutos en las 3 hrs que estuve ahí solo pude tomarme un trago por hora.

when we arrived around 12:30 Joely was alone running the floor, making drinks, taking orders, serving and all. she still was an amazing server !!! our drinks were delicious & worth every penny and the food was everything. on top of again her being an amazing server as well. my husband and I will definitely be coming back for breakfast brunch and anything else. thank you !!! Kid-friendliness: came with out 2 year old and they were very welcoming

I went there for my birthday during happy hour, the appetizers were good, ordered drinks but they took very long to come. Was there from 4-7 pm, got two drinks during the 3 hour span, restaurant was somewhat full and service wasn’t up to par, mediocre at best. I’ve been here multiple times and service seems to always be mediocre.

Update: -1 star, here’s why: I decided to venture out from the salmon to the “steak frites” meal, medium rare. The peppercorn sauce is phenomenal, that’s about it. The steak was rubber. Literal rubber. It was hard, fatty, and whatever allure it was supposed to have, was extinguished by how rubbery it was. Absolutely disappointed in the meal, especially for the whopping $39 price tag. As a good note, the margaritas were so good we had to get two! 3 1/2 stars, here’s why: Came here for a (failed, didn’t show up) date so I dined by myself last night. It’s such a cute spot with a whimsical feel to it. Ambiance was great, and server was on top of it! I ordered the salmon and oh my gosh, it was so delicious. It was so delicious i was almost tempted to order another dish. Cooked perfectly and the sauce it was marinated in was so balanced. The drinks now - honestly, the drink menu was what stood out to me the most - so, I started off with the “Frida”. Maybe a 2/5. Did not have a good aftertaste. Was not a fan of it. I then had the Villa. That was wonderful! I loved the intricacy of it. And then I ended with the Mezcalita as a to-go. It was so bad, it tasted as if it was just thrown into my cup with 90% liquor and 10% organics and juice. Had to throw it out in the trash. It was definitely not what I expected from Maisonetta. Perhaps the bar was understaffed as it was a Tuesday? I don’t know. Needless to say, I’ll be back. Maybe I’ll order a different drink next time, or have the mezcalita done the right way. Food was phenomenal!

Came here for Valentine's day. The place is small, but its a nice space. When I entered I was not really greeted by any of the employees. I was disapointed because I came during happy hour time and there was no happy hour that day because it was valentine's day. There was a young man who first came to our table but honestly he lacked professionalism and service. He never came back to us again, then eventually this lady was our server. It took a while for us to get our food and our waiter to check in with us. The place was also nicely decorated. To order, I got 4 drinks in total of classic margaritas with added flavor of hibiscus, and mango. It was pretty good. I ordered 2 of the churrasco Al carbon, it came with mash potatoes and a side of garlic spinach. The food was really good as well. For dessert I got 1 order of churros with ice cream and it was delicious also. The bill came out to $168. I found this to be just a tad bit pricey. The good thing is that tip is not included automatically which I appreciate because some restaurants do that now with a party less than 5-6 which I absolutely hate. Im not sure if I would come back because service is ALWAYS SLOW.
