Our service and waiter started off great. He really knew the menu and was on point with explaining some of the menu. The appetizers were not the best. The rough part of the night was waiting an hour and a half between appetizers and the main course with little to no communication or service. The duck confit was amazing. Everything else just ok, wished it was better.
They only have the burger on Wednesday and it is not on the menu but it is amazing. If you ask they will even cut it up on the quarters for a big group so that you can have it as an appetizer! The French onion croquettes are amazing too.
It was a real treat to eat at Maison! The food was incredible - authentic, sophisticated without being showy. The staff were incredibly helpful with choices for people with celiac disease. Our server was quite possibly the best part about this dining experience. Unfortunately cannot remember her name but her enthusiasm for and knowledge about individual dishes and wines was infectious. This is the kind of dining experience that we will talk about for years to come.
Wonderful experience. Exquisite service. The staff seem to enjoy their work. The foie gras was delicious. The lamb special was honestly one of the best dishes I've ever tasted in my entire life. I know that sounds exaggerated but it really was that good. We had such a wonderful time eating here.
Excellent and unique burger!
One of my favorite meals I’ve had in a long time! Service was exceptional and loved every dish we tried.
Came here 4yrs ago. Food was THAT memorable but I couldn't recall the name of the spot. Thrilled to see they are still around. Highly recommend!
Absolutely 10 out of 10 experience last night at Maison. We sat at the bar, and the service from the start was some of the best we have had in the city. The food is to die for.....everything we ate was well thought out and cooked perfectly. Easily in our Top 5 in Charleston and we can't wait to come back!
