Main Street Coffee

One of my favorite coffee shops in NYC. Love the small cozy feel and Partners coffee.

Super slow service. Waited 15 minutes to place an order (there was only one person ahead of me)…when the counter person started talking to the customer in front of me about the origins of her name, I walked away.

While cute and homey, the experience was one of the worst I’ve ever had. My husband ordered a latte and cold brew. It took 20 minutes to get just the latte. We watched food orders be picked up by the wrong customer and had to be remade. Even had someone grab my husbands latte. They completely forgot to make the cold brew. Had a four year old and four month old, so had to abandon the forgotten cold brew as it was 35 minutes since we ordered. Maybe there was someone out today, but don’t recommend unless you have at least an hour to spend on ordering, waiting, and hopefully getting what you ordered.

Great coffee and toasts / açai bowls. Good value. Nice and clean/ cosy. You’ll wait a little while for food. 30 mins for avo toast and an açai bowl when we were the only customers in on a rainy sat morning. But we didn’t mind as we enjoyed our coffee and relaxed. Service was good. Two young adults serving who were really nice and helpful

Excellent place, just what Staten Island needs

I called for a pick up and asked them to meet me outside since I had a double stroller and they had no problem. Super friendly and the chocolate chip cookie was AMAZING I also recommend the caramel crushee
