Went to main event today for a father daughter fun day... always had a good experience here... not this time... it's been a few years since we have been and thought it would be the perfect place... planed to bowl while we would eat then spend the rest of the day with games and laser tag... however we was unable to order food at the lane... no devices at the lanes to order and never had an employee walk over to check on us which was rude considering the place was empty... we arrived at 1130 paid $25 to bowl for an hour which is over priced to begin with.. no service... luckily the place is located within a good distance of other great restaurants and better entertainment activities... so we hit up Tom cheese one of her favorite restaurants then proceeded to dave and busters to finish out our father daughter fun day
Bowling lanes need some maintenance. Pins don’t always stay in the machine that resets them. There should be a section for kids to bowl away from the serious bowlers. It’s hard to bowl when kids are in the lane next to you.
Definitely not how it use to be, very dirty the bathrooms had toilet paper all over the floor and even coming out of the bathrooms, people leaving their cups everywhere, kids standing ontop of the basketball game tables, kids hiding in the zombie game area smoking weed on their vapes, I spoke to a manager about the kids staying inside the zombie game area and she did get them out so we could play just to find out the 3D glasses were ripped out and stolen from the game. Just a very dirty not well managed with kids or I should say ( teenagers who should know better but are careless )
Went here over the past weekend and had a really good time. We really like the gravity ropes, laser tag and games!
Took kids. They're now 17, so the place has lost its appeal.
Great place for family fun for all ages
