Love this place ! Brings the inner child in me !!

Love this location and the service is always amazing! We come to see our waitress Amber whenever we get the chance shes the best! When you go def request for her to take care of you!

We arrived for our bowling reservation and waited at the desk for shoes while multiple employees sat chatting. It wasn't just a minute or two. Finally flagged someone down and they gathered our shoes. During our bowling session, three lanes, two lanes were down due to malfunction three separate times while we waited for staff to fix the issue with the pinsetter. Although we we're told our time would be extended, it promptly shut down at the end of our reserved time with no extension. After bowling, our party planned to grab lunch at the restaurant. I approached the podium by the entry door and asked if we should just seat ourselves and were directed to the unattended hostest station. We stood at the hostest station for at least 10 minutes and no one ever came to the station. Four employees were standing/sitting at the entry door podium chatting just feet away and never bothered to help us or anyone else. You may be thinking it was busy and there was a long line but you'd be wrong, we were the only group at the hostest station. Our party of 12 gave up and walked across the parking lot to Taco Mac where we were promptly greeted, seated, received excellent service and delicious food. Employees have no customer service skills and were too busy chatting and playing on their phones to be bothered with customers. With all the entertainment options in the area, we'll be going elsewhere in the future.

Amber was an absolute joy. She was very pleasant and was very knowledgeable of the menu. She helped me pick the perfect pizza and the perfect wing flavors was good. She made sure my 10 year old daughter enjoyed her day and had fun. She kept checking on us and had us laughing the whole time. Drinks were on point as well. Thanks again Amber we will be back to see you.

I see amber every time I come in and I love her so much!! She’s so welcoming and funny it’s almost like we’re literally family. I definitely recommend this place!!

We had my daughter’s 10th birthday 01/20/2024 it was our first and last party there it cost so much money for how our party went. The host was lovely I forget her name but that was the only good part. When we got in the people giving out shoes weren’t attentive took forever to get their attention to get shoes so we only got to bowl a little over 30 minutes. The buns were really hard on the sliders, 90% of them went in the trash. Laser tag was double booked and already started I took pictures from the time they went in til the time they were walking out they got to play 4 minutes!!! Not 15 like we paid for. The arcade games were broke taking credits and when you tried getting an employee 3 ignored me so I just said forget it and the kids just didn’t get any tickets to get any prizes the lady at the prize counter was really beyond rude. I tried contacting them via email the atlsales email and never got a response the survey came I filled it out asked to be contacted and it’s been a week with no email or phone call.

We came here to enjoy an evening of bowling, food and drinks and we got what we wanted. The atmosphere was fun, the food was great and the service was exceptional. Our server, Amber was the best! Our drinks never sat empty and her personality was 10/10! We def recommend this place!

Even though we had reservations for a party for a long time it was as if they weren’t expecting us. Drinks and table not ready just to start. They need to get their act together.
