Magical World Pizza Express

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. While staying on a Disney property, this flyer was passed under my door. I called to see if an order could be delivered to my room directly because I’m on crutches and unable to walk. They said yes and asked for my room number, and I was told it would be delivered in under an hour. Not only was it over an hour late, but they also refused to come to my door as promised. I ordered 4 bottles of water and only received 3. When I called to ask for a refund, the manager said no. I asked to speak to whomever he reported to, and he refused to give me anyone’s contact information. Then he hung up on me and refused my calls. Do NOT support this “business.”

Yum! This pizza hit the spot!! We took advantage of one of their pizza specials. Great value. Loved the crust… nice, doughy, buttery and fresh. Delivery in less than an hour straight to our room at the Disney Old Key West resort.

If I could say one thing… DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Rude unprofessional people and everything was really cold!! HORRIBLE PLACE AND NOT WORTH YOUR FRUSTRATIONS!!! If I could give them a ZERO I would!!!

I don't appreciate your random advertisement being shoved in my door while I'm on vacation.

Edit: First response from the owner was complaining about tourists, but their flyers are in a Disney resort. I guess it's too much to ask for an honest estimate of time for delivery, so we could make our decision about ordering. The first response was "WE ALWAYS quote 1 hour! We have never quoted 1 hour and 50 minutes! Constant complaints in this town from always rushed tourists. If you want a 2 minute burger then go to McDonalds. Have some compassion" Initial review: Takes forever. Don’t order here if you have hungry kids. Twice we were given a time frame and the pizza did not arrive within their window. First time it was 1 hour and 50 minutes. Gave them a second chance and it was well over the hour. No phone calls or notice and a rude response from the business when I called.

Pizza taste like trash better off buying the hotel pizza

Ordered delivery to our Disney resort from the flyer left at under our door. After a long day in the park, we made an order during dinner time and we were told 1 hour. No problem it is dinner rush time. It took 2 hours and 20 minutes!!! First the driver called after over 1 hour and a half to say she's stuck in traffic. Another 20 she called to say she would be there in 10. She called again to say it took a long time at the security gate and would be there in 5 minutes. She finally arrived 10 minutes later. Our food was cold and our drinks were warm. Horrible experience. I do not recommend and would not order from there again.

Not good pizza

I ordered the special 2 large pizzas with 2 toppings. Pepperoni and black olives and 2lt sprite. Crust was perfectly cooked, pepperoni was crispy and spicy, and delivery was quite fast. Overall food, delivery, and service over the phone were pretty solid. I'll be definitely ordering again.
