This is such a great place! The staff were very kind and made sure our needs were met. It was a very clean place and the food was spectacular.

If I could give 0 I would. Came in yesterday after a long day at bush gardens. First it took 30 mins for bread and drinks to come out all glasses were nasty with a film on the cup. The waitress only brought water cups then never even filled them. Secondly we asked for extra bread for 9 people she brought two loafs ?? Then I wish it was just a mistake. The expo didn’t know what food went where then my kids waited an additional 20 mins after we got our food for kids pizzas. All food should be brought out together. Then we didn’t see the waitress at all until she brought pizzas. Then we asked for bread drink refills and never any question of hey how is the food does anyone need anything?? We then asked multiple people to turn the fans off outside she turned them on turbo speed then came back 20 mins after we were frozen to tell us oh wow I thought I tuned them off. Didn’t say sorry or anything. So rude. All in all out reservation was at 6 we were served at 7 then didn’t even get the check until 40 mins after we were finished eating. She only had two tables. Like who the hell treats a family of 9 like this ??? She would of got a lot more than 20% from all of us if she at least kept the drinks and bread flowing like we asked from jump. She is lucky she got 8$ from me should of been 0 but of course she was just standing there staring at me. Like this since worst experience I’ve ever had with food service in my life. 0/5 stars.

We changed last minute from Charley’s Steakhouse to Maggiano’s for a party due to increase guest count that Charley’s couldn’t accommodate. The food family style was amazing and our waitress Julie made the time even more special. She was the best waitress I have had in 30 years of going out. Couldn’t have had a more special birthday party for my spouse. Ask for her and you won’t be disappointed. Her guidance for food and her effortless ability to know what you need before you do. This place doesn’t disappoint. Dietary restrictions: They are a from scratch kitchen so anything can be specialized to your needs.

Always a great restaurant. We’ve had great servers here and some that are inattentive and slow but overall it has been a good experience each time.

Really good food.

Service was Ridiculously slow. The table next to us dumped over a big glass of water or a pitcher and it was never cleaned up for the whole 2 hour torturous dinner. They did throw some towels on top and left them on the floor they never picked th up. The food was disgusting. Honestly the only good bites were the dinner salad. There were 2 birthdays in our party and nothing was addressed about it. Not even a cookie or scoop of ice cream. So we ordered 2 sample dessert trays. Absolutely horrible. Honestly I do not know how they stay in business? I wanted to have a special birthday dinner there for my husband and his son because we went to such a great Maggiano's dinner in Fort Lauderdale. I was hoping we could do something close to that. It was a night and day difference between Fort Lauderdale Maggiano’s verses this one. I have had it. It was such a waste. I wish I could have donated the price of this bill to charity.
