Maggiano's Little Italy

I love Maggianos!! We have never had a negative experience here. The food is spectacular, the service is always top notch and the atmosphere is splendid! We've taken my 3 year old twins and they did great. Definitely a family feel. Plus the drinks are yummy! Our go to Italian place for sure.

My favorite

We had my 60th birthday this past Saturday and the food was good. Had a private room for 46 people. But I am so disappointed with the service. This is not my first event here. It all boils down to corporate greed!!! This is family style meal. Not once did they ask if we wanted any more dish. In the past, the servers will always ask. The servers did not even ask what the guest wanted to drink. Do not a whole lot of people ordered sodas. My daughter’s table had yo ask 3x for water. They were ignored because they were young adults. My sister asked for more and was told she has to get managers approval. What the hell? It’s like management telling them, try to dissuade them from ordering more. There was not enough servers. We already had all our food and my daughter’s table had no food yet. It took forever to get their food. The cake slice was so small that I literally had one bite. Again, corporate greed!!! They charged a 20% event fee which I honestly think is a service fee but no one would honestly say. So I gave another 20% tip. In hindsight, I should not have left that much tip. Tip should be for service and after I hearing all the feedback and reflecting, I shouldn’t have left that much tip. We were planning another party in May and we are not going back. I also emailed them and did not hear back from the event planners and the banquet planners/managers. Parking: Across the street

Hard to find parking

All I can say is the food was superb, the service was excellent, and the place is really nice also clean. Kid-friendliness: I had 3 of my grandchildren ages 4 and 1. My two 4 year olds are artistic and the waiters didn't mind them pulling at their shirts. They were very patient.

Our waitress was almost nonexistent I ask for butter and she never brought it I ask for water she never brought it I had to stop someone else to assist us . She must have had a bad day because she did not like her job that day

Was here for a team outing dinner. 1. Service was ok as employees are not super attentive. 2. Our group had 8 people but we didn't want to do family style. When we asked for the normal menu, they made us wait for quite a while to get "manager's approval." 3. Food was also at the OK level, for the price it didn't seem worth it. Maybe I got the wrong plate, but probably won't come again :(
