My wife chose Maggiano's for her birthday dinner. We both had the chicken alfredo and shared a bruschetta appetizer. The portion was enormous and the service was great. We topped it off with a New York style cheesecake. Wow.

I originally posted a less than flattering review and got a return message asking me to provide my contact info so they could better understand the issue and "make it right" (their words). I did that and that was the last i heard from them. So much for caring about the customer experience.
