So umm… yea MadHouse Sports Bar & Grill yall definitely gotta do better!!! Atmosphere was cool, music was okay… We arrived around 3:30… security was rude & dismissive, waitress accommodated our seating complaints as a party of 9 & we were happy about that. But when it came down to the ordering, it was a complete sh^t show! We didn’t get a chance to order til around 4:30ish when she came to inform us that brunch was over (mind you they advertise that brunch is from 12-5 on Sundays). She wouldn’t write anything down, therefore getting stuff wrong! A few drink orders were wrong & not to mention not so tasty, food orders were wrong, food left off, again a complete disaster! Ordered bottomless mimosas, but continuously had to ask for refills for the cup!, not the pitcher, but the cup. They filled up your cup when they wanted to, so is it really bottomless??? They took an order for calamari only to come back AFTER they started serving our food to say that they didn’t have any. An order was placed for Alfredo, but was served after everyone was almost done eating! When telling the waitress & I guess the manager that it was no longer wanted, the manager walked off with a complete attitude! Tickets were given to us before we even received all of the stuff listed on our tickets! Then the waitress decided she was just gone add items ordered to whomever tickets & I guess we were just supposed to figure it out! On a 1-10 scale: NEVER TF AGAIN ‼️‼️‼️ 1 & done! One thing I can’t stand is nasty customer service!

Our server was NOT attentive AT ALL, and our food was cold. I was NOT impressed AT ALL

Grilled chicken was WAY over seasoned, and I asked for *plain* broccoli with no garlic or sauce but the replacement broccoli still had garlic. They charge even for tap water, charge gratuity on all checks, and charge a card usage fee which they do not make you aware of before you pay. Lastly, our server was okay, not especially expedient or friendly.

Just an all around vibe! My friends and I enjoyed the music, food, & drinks!

great place drinks dope and spinach dip is amazing. i have to try every restaurant spinach dip and they got it... the wings as well.. but the drinks is what i came for and was great

Sooo, I have wanted to go to this place from the moment I saw the garage pail drink on Instagram. But understand the actual drink upon receipt looks nothing like the Instagram picture. I received a pail with melted ice and one piece of candy. And because the drink had sat the ice had diluted the drink making it watery and unappealing. And And I only received one piece of candy. When I showed the server the pictures on Instagram, she laughed and said it was a false advertisement. Please note, I was very disappointed . Ok so the mojitos were more like limeade without sugar and liquor. And then, after spending $117 in two hours, I was told that I met my two hour cap and had to get up from my table (WHAT) ( LIKE SERIOUSLY). I was spending money. We brought a wings plate and were about to order another. But was told we can stand by the bar to finish our food and drinks. Like Hun, I have truly been put out of better places. So we paid our tab AnD gave an 18% tip and left. The DJ was great and the place was clean despite the rain. Parking: Security told us to turn onto coming traffic and get on the sidewalk. I have low profiles and I'm scared of the LAW FELLAS, that was never going to happen.

The tall guy behind the bar was rude & over charged me for drinks I never ordered. We dint know each other but it was hard not to take my experience personal. Would not recommend.

Parking is TERRIBLE !! There is literally 20 spots available. So if you not gone get a Uber don’t even go cause you won’t have a spot and they will threaten to throw your car. You basically have get there when they open for a spot. Drinks are pretty but they are WEAKKK. Got the mega margarita and “bottomless mimosa” for brunch. Mimosas during brunch is not bottomless it’s just a very small pitcher for $25 and then $15 for a refill. Service is slow so don’t go hungry cause food take a minute to come out. Mega mimosa tasted like juice. On top of it being weak we watched the bartender put it up and server added fruit then let it sit there for an additional 15 minutes plus before bringing it to us. We got the Sunny side up burger it was thick and dry. And didn’t even come with the bacon that is described on the menu. DJ is 50/50 it someone different every time so hit or miss.

Came here for the seductive drinks. Ordered a mega margarita which was WEAK. I had to request an extra 2 shots to make it descent. Pricing is fair ($25 mega margarita & $6 shots) but they could’ve done better. The place is nice and clean. However, the smell of Clorox and slippery floors were not a nice look. Can’t comment on the food because we only went for drinks. Music was great!
