Macchialina offers a delightful culinary experience with attentive service. Their mortadella and tuna crudo starters tantalize the taste buds, complemented by well-crafted cocktails. While the tagliolini al tartufo nero falls short of expectations, the lively ambiance, though characterized by worn-out furniture and R&B music, adds to the charm of the dining experience.

Get the seafood Cacciucco if you like seafood! Branzino is super fresh with its natural sweetness.

If you have never been here before, what I strongly recommend is the tasting menu (with the wine pairings, if you partake). It was amazing. I tend to order food conservatively and feel I would have totally missed out on the amazing options without trying different dishes. What a fabulous, memorable meal with excellent service. Cannot wait to come back.

Great service, ambience and food

Went with two girlfriends, one had been there before and highly recommend the "chefs plate". We all ordered it and shared each portion. It was amazing food, I think $70 pp is a bit hefty but whatever. All of the pastas served had cream based sauce and would have been nice to try others as I personally am not into Alfredo or cream sauces but it definitely was good and ate more variety then I'm used to. I ordered delivery from Macchialina, and it might be the most transcendent delivery food of my life! I've been fortunate to travel to Miami Beach about once a year in the last five years, and Macchialina was always on my list but I never made it here! I finally broke down and ordered the vegetarian polenta and the famed cavatelli with porchetta and baby meatballs to finally try this restaurant's food, and I'm happy to say that my mind was very much blown in the absolute best way. It's important to note that the delivery options via Uber Eats are not as numerous as the takeout ones on Toasttab, and that's definitely for the best. You're still getting some of the very best that the restaurant has to offer! Dietary restrictions: The polenta is gluten-free naturally, but I would alert your server if you need further accommodations depending on the seasonal polenta topping

Service is outstanding. Our waitress Eloise was exceptional - knowledgeable and friendly. Tasting menu is a great way to experience the best dishes. Branzino and mushroom tagliatelle were my favourite. Shaved ice espresso tiramisu was creative and a fantastic end to a stellar meal.
