Decent BBQ. Sides were hit or miss.
This place is really good don't hesitate to visit it.
Great food and service. I highly recommend this business.
Great food and excellent service. The manager made sure our visit was pleasant and enjoyable. Be sure to visit Mable's.
It reminds me of a true backyard bbq from the 60's. The place was crowded but they were busy doing god knows what. Then the menu was limited. Other liquor they barely had any soda. So we settled for ginger ale but that was flat. First we have wings which are mid. We then ordered a platter for 60.00, brisket was over cooked and like chopped meat without flavor. Pork ribs were tuff and barely seasoned. Pull chicken sat in a bowl of grease without season. Collard green had a bad taste. Mac and cheese was just pasta with watering cheese sauce. Yams were bland with marshmallows and pecans and still not sweet. Cornbread was under cooked and still dry. How is that possible!! 100.00 down the toilet. NEVER AGAIN!!!
The food was just okay. They are pretty stingy with the food. It took 20 minutes to get our drinks and about an hour for the food to arrive. All in all, it's overpriced considering the small portions and lack of options. Fette Sau, also in Williamsburg, and Pig Beach, in Astoria is so much better. Very disappointing experience.
Surprised to find such great southern food in Brooklyn! The ribs were tender and the BBQ sauce was perfection. The collards were as good as any I've ever had in the south. I highly recommend!!!
