Lutley Oak

It was ok. Too much of lads pub even though is an area for families. One of party had to ask for the chips to be exchanged as they were cold. Food was nothing write home about. Just ok

This is a well laid out and fairly large pub/restaurant and part of the Greene King chain. You will find a load of tables inside with some outside and undercover. There is still plenty of space to move around, so you don't feel cramped. There is a well stocked bar, and for sports fans, they have tv's around the building and show matches that are advertised outside. They also have various special events, so cater to a wide number of customers. Families are especially welcome as well as dog owners. Wide range of meals and deserts available and for holders of Blue light cards they offer a discount. Service was quick and food hot and tasty and very reasonable prices. There are a couple of EV charging points for people with electric vehicles. There are two car parks, one on the Stourbridge Road and one on Lutley Mill Road.

Food nice

Food was good, Morgan was very friendly and was helpful when helping me decide what to eat.

Darcy was our waitress and she went the extra mile when we asked her to bring out a birthday cake for a birthday we had for our daughter. Food was great and service was excellent.

Clean and inviting for a family meal, good parking and excellent staff. They have a gluten free menu but it is quite restricted. The pool table on the bar side is a definite plus too. It's on the expensive side but tasty enough that it doesn't feel too much. The downsides though: no pricing on soft drinks, I guess because you are meant to be shamed by asking to let people know you are both a non alcoholic and cheap person? I had beef rib, which came as a single rib, but it was very tasty, even despite the thick fatty layer. Expect to pay extra over your meal price when ordering because they will offer them without mentioning the price or eat your food dry because sauce is a side too I suppose. £20+ per adult should be expected minimum.
