The service is really good however. I had a gift card for $100 and the manager came over saying it didn’t work. I told her I’ve been there before I buy gift cards online from a reputable site. so the next day I came out to Sugarland and it works fine so she obviously didn’t know what she was doing and I had to come out of my pocket $90 because she didn’t know what she was doing.

Why do y’all have curbside to go when most of the time you can’t even park in a curbside spots? The curbside to go is filled with empty cars. Y’all need to get a grip and start towing when people violate parking in spots that are meant for pick up orders. It’s ridiculous. Was told 35 minutes before it was ready and I waited well over an hour for my food. I know this review won’t be acknowledge because there’s literally no customer support here. Even witness them forget part of woman’s order before me. Very frustrating. I highly suggest if you come here you prepare yourself to wait a LONG time and double check your order!
