Place looks cute, bjt very cold inside since the doors are open, lunch time was crazy busy, wait for food was abt an hour. Food was less than average, they charged for all sides like sour cream etc that should be included on the meal. People and service were friendly. But i would not eat here again. Food not worth the money.
La salsa verde con totopos Tacos veggies, cochinita pibil y el borrego, una delicia!
We celebrated my wife's birthday yesterday at Luna. Besides great food, our waiter, MARVIN, was wonderfully attentive and very curteous. Also we didn't TELL him it was my wife's birthday, but it seems he must have overheard us mentionining it, and then, without us suspecting anything, a lighted piece of birthday cake showed up with Marvin at the end of our meal. Thank you to Marvin for his service as he made the day extra special for all of us. Parking: Busy on a weekend!
I just had lunch at Luna Mexican Kitchen on The Alameda in San Jose, and let me tell you, it was pretty awesome! I went for the salmon avocado salad, and man, was it delicious! The salmon was so tasty and the avocado was super creamy – it was like a party in my mouth! But my friends got the fried shrimp tacos and the carne asada burrito, and they were drool-worthy too. Seriously, I was eyeing their food the whole time! We sat outside, and it was chill vibes all the way. Twinkling lights, comfy seats. The staff were really nice and made us feel welcome. Overall, I'd rate Luna Mexican Kitchen as good. If you're in San Jose and craving some tasty Mexican food with a cool outdoor ambiance, this is the spot to hit up!
Literally one of the best Mexican restaurant I have been in the bay area
Great place and, for what I can gather, very authentic Mexican! Great food, great service, great atmosphere! Everything was perfect from start to finish.
Delicious! Attentive service. Both dining in and to-go experiences have been excellent in food and service!
