Lumberjacks Restaurant - North Las Vegas

Good food and big portions! Definitely recommended

Sadly to say today was not a good experience at our favorite restaurant. The young lady working the front desperately needs customer service coaching and so does the manager on shift this morning. I understand they are crowded but that is no excuse for the attitude. We witnessed 6 people leave and I don't believe it was the wait time. We would have waited but her attitude was ugly. Also, the manager when asked his name when I called stated, ma'am what is this about We are very busy? I can see it always starts from the head which I can see why the young lady has no customer service etiquette. Sad because this is our favorite restaurant. Hopefully they get it together soon. Wish nothing but the best. Regarding response from Lumberjack the wait time according to the young lady servicing at the front said the wait time was 25-30 mins not 5 mins or less.

Walked in and the customer service was horrible, We just wanted to order to go and were told to wait even though it wasn't really busy at all.

Great breakfast place, friendly staff abd great food

I was disappointed. I been here before and everything was great. This time, two plates were sent back. The pancakes weren't cooked all the way through. I asked for 3 kids Sprite, and they sent 3 apple juice. One of my kids can't drink apple juice. The waiter ignores us because of the mishaps. We knew it wasn't his fault for the food, but the drink was. But my husband still tips him $10.
