This was my second time ordering from this kitchen both times I paid an extra ($2) for mushrooms in my Lulu's Loco Moco bowl and received maybe 7-8 small sliced portobello mushrooms. I texted solicited feedback to the restaurant and the person managing the feedback assured me that they would resolve this matter swiftly and speak with the folks in the kitchen and to please text before ordering again to ensure this issue doesn't happen again. I ordered again the following night and in addition to the Lulu's Loco Moco bowl which comes with sweet potato salad, I ordered the impossible pot stickers. I texted the manager of the initial feedback thread this order as they instructed the night before to ensure this order would not have any issues. Again, the mushrooms I paid an additional $2 for were non existent but everything else was charred, hard and had a burnt taste and the impossible pot stickers I ordered had some smashed orange filling inside that WASN'T impossible meat nor did it taste like impossible meat. I texted the feedback thread AGAIN to voice my concerns and they apologized again and requested that I reach out to GrubHub for a refund, they then offered me $10 off my next order but only through their website. I politely declined citing a mistake repeated is not a mistake, it's a decision and these two experiences were too much of an inconvenience that cost me time and energy that I could not get back. so no thank you! I cannot in good faith recommend this restaurant.
