Always horrible service over the phone. The food is OK (usually tastes reheated) not worth dealing with the horrible service. I called to place a pick up order and the person taking my order was rude and rushing me. I decided to cancel it and never going order there again. She only hung up the phone and didn't try to apologize or anything.

It's a hole-in-the-wall, strip-plaza place. The food is good. The service is relatively fast. I like the Chicken Katsu. The short ribs are good, too. The macaroni salad is top-knotch!

Come on lulus Hawaiian bbq. It's a disgrace that you would sell Chinese buffet donuts and say they are malasadas...cmon DO BETTER and get the real thing. And then your kalbi ribs are so tuff to eat. ‍♀️

An excellent place with a small home atmosphere.

Love their food. They're super nice people and fast with your order. Great portions too.
