As we waited for our connection flight, we decided to have a drink & then a hamburger. I was hesitant but glad I did. Probably the best hamburger I've had in a while! Didn't catch the Bartenders name, but he was courteous and quick.
Pretty good food for a small joint. They gave us a discount if we paid with cash so that was a plus. Ask them for the cash discount.
Great craft beer selection, including IPAs! Very decently priced! And super friendly bartender!!
Gregory is a bad mofo. I enjoyed a couple beers while I watched him absolutely annihilate the queue with grace and finesse. It's also the only place I saw in the airport with local beers. Not a great selection, but any selection at all which is great. Definitely a stop in your journey. Hey, if you're the GM here, you need more peeps behind the bar, darn it.
Waited 15 minutes just to have some finally greet us and tell us it's open seating... I dunno, maybe post a sign up if your staff isn't capable of greeting guests in a timely manner? Just a suggestion?
This review was about the service. We had a waitress with long blonde hair and slightly overweight. The restaurant wasn’t overly busy. She acknowledged us but that was it. Kept saying she will be with us shortly. After sitting for 20 minutes we finally had to ask another waitress if she could take our order because we were going to have to board our plane in 30 min. That waitress was extremely helpful. We sat and waited on our food and the dark haired waitress had to bring our order out to the blonde waitress to serve us. The blonde was clearly clueless and shouldn’t be working the job she has especially at an airport where most patrons are pressed on time. Sadly this experience will keep us from dining at that restaurant in the future. I travel a lot on business and connect in LAS frequently. Go to the Mexican restaurant a little further down the terminal. They are fast and the food is great.
Ate here on a layover. Great place to just get a drink. You can skip the lines at Jersey Mikes and Nate’s if you are wanting a drink and something to eat because after the purchase of a cocktail you can order from those two places. That’s what we did and within 10 minutes we had our food. The cocktails were refreshing and the chicken Philly from Jersey Mikes hit the spot. Prices are as expected for being in an airport. 9/10 recommend this place if you have the time.
Had a terrible experience at this spot with the male bartender named Edward. From the start this bartender gave us an attitude when we moved from a table where we had drinks and food where a female served us. He gave us attitude because he thought we wanted to just move spots to watch the laker game at the bar even though we had finished our drinks and sandwiches at the table but he thought we didn’t close out with her. But we did. And the way he brought it up it was so rude. Order a non alcoholic Heineken and my buddy orders a beer on draft. The other bar tender (male) got me my NA beer while Edward poured my buddies beer. 30 mins later Edward asked if I wanted another Heineken. And I agreed to it. After taking my first sip I noticed right away the taste was different from the other Heineken I ordered. I immediately noticed he served me a regular beer when I ordered a non alcoholic beer. When letting him know he gave me a regular beer and was firm in his opinion and went to tell me the first beer I had wasn’t a non alcoholic. But I was 100% sure what I was drinking to start was a NA Heineken. He finally looks in the trash and sure enough. He realizes the first beer I had was a non alcoholic beer. Without saying any kind of apology. He blames the other bartender. What kind of customer service is that? He should have been super apologetic! He just served someone that is sober a beer with alcohol! And to top it off! When I close out my tab 30 mins later. I am charged for the regular beer instead of 2 non alcoholic beers… I didn’t say anything about it because I didn’t want to communicate with Edward at this point over the terrible experience. Hope this bartending gets some training on this matter. Or maybe he shouldn’t be bartending.
We have stopped at Lucky Steak a couple times now at the Las Vegas airport. It’s a nice spot to grab a cocktail and a sandwich. Nathan’s hot dogs and Jersey Mike’s subs are right next door and you can order them from the Lucky Streak menu. I suggested a sub from Jersey Mikes. On the trip the service was exceptionally kind and efficient. As with many of the places in the Vegas airport you can get a cocktail to go as well. We will return.
