Reviews were great, so we gave it a try. We were disappointed. Drinks were ok. Food was just ok. Way overpriced. Bill was $120 for 2 of us and our table was separated from a dumpster by a short fence. Staff was super rushed and seemed annoyed.
Best cod fish & chips ever
Consistently fantastic restaurant. It is also a fish market, great fresh fish.
Our first time here. There was a wait for outdoor dining but no wait inside. There was a guy smoking a cigar outside—incredibly rude near a dining area—and we chose to eat inside. I had the blackened grouper sandwich, which was good but not the best I’ve had in town. My wife really enjoyed the stuffed grouper. I would recommend Tartar sauce, ketchup and paper towels on the tables.
First time here. Waitstaff were friendly. Great menu. A little noisy, but families were clearly enjoying their meals and drinks. No long wait to get a table on a week night, but place was busy. Food was delicious. Will be back.
Liked the happy hour selection - lots of beer on tap! Raw oysters were good; some larger than others. Pelican salad was okay. Sourdough bread was delicious. Too much fried food on the menu for my liking. Server was attentive and offered insight into the menu options. The inside of the restaurant is noisy, which was a disappointment for our first visit. I would recommend outdoor seating. Not sure if we will go back - maybe go for lunch and enjoy al fresco dining experience.
