Lucky China

This is the first negative review I've ever written. I ordered dinner for delivery because I work across multiple time zones, hadn't eaten all day and would be working until about midnight. I live directly across the street from the restaurant and have eaten at Lucky China since 2017. For the very first time, the food was absolutely horrible and inedible. I went into the restaurant the very next morning with the food and receipt in hand and explained. I merely requested a refund for the cost of the "food". Not the tip, the service fee or the tax. They refused and told me my only option would be another dish. I worked in hospitality for several years and I'm aware of what is done to the food of a complaining customer, so I declined. I was furious, so I went through my emails and credit card statements and found that I've spent more than $2,500 here. Needless to say they will NEVER get another penny from me. So I hope the loss of business was worth it.

The quality of the food has remained the same for 12+ years!

I have been coming since June they always give such amazing customer service they General tso is amazing I come from mcdonough for it the have made even more changes to make it More comfortable and beautiful it’s always very clean. The owners are always involved in here on site truly care about their business.

I was not impressed with the flavor of the fried rice at all. The sizzling rice soup was a super small portion and didn’t have many ingredients in it.

What happened to this place. This has been our go to Chinese place for quite awhile now. But when we ordered today it was all wrong. First of all they accepted a delivery order when they weren't taking deliveries. I was charged a delivery fee and a tip was given based on that delivery. The crab angels (crab rangoon) was served with some black vinegar type sauce. I have never seen anything but a sweet and sour sauce with these. So that was trashed. The garlic chicken was good.

Diego, our waiter was extremely polite and helpful. When my grandmother complained that her dish was too spicy he immediately offered to change it for her. Food was excellent.

The food was a disappointment. Why are they giving out baby portions for the price they're selling at? NEGATIVE! The service was great and the place even looked amazing but the food portions are ridiculous.

2023: New ownership (I believe). Food doesn’t taste the same :( 2022: Best Chinese & sushi around! Great service! Nice, clean dining inside! I’ve been coming here for almost a decade and I’m never disappointed. 2018 Review: My family has been going to Lucky China for several years and it’s always delicious!! In my opinion, it’s the best sushi around!! I really like the inside seating area; it’s cozy!! All the staff is super nice and always welcoming to my family!! Definitely my top places to eat in the area!!

I got frustrated because I wanted fresh duck sauce and fresh hot mustard when I ordered for take out and they wanted to charge me 4 dollars. Went to another restaurant and it was terrible. I'll order from here in the future however, that is greedy of these new owners.

Definitely new owners food doesn’t taste the same and the workers are very rude not returning
