Lucius Q

Burnt Ends sandwich with the Hot Lucious sauce was great wish you could pick & choose more options for the BBQ platters.

We went to the one in Norwood. Parking was convenient, the inside wasn't packed, we were able to get a table near Lucius Q. I really liked their fries, BBQ was moist, but I didn't like the flavor of the meat and I didn't care for the two sauces that I tried.

Came here on a Friday night, no wait. The food was awesome, and there was live music!

Was visiting from out of town my brothers drove my 14 year old daughter and I to the location. Sitting at Fretboard we Logged on to the Factory 52 website, clicked the link for Lucious Q and clicked the first link to place an order. We waited our time and went to get our order. The lady working the front said she had no order #113, I showed her my phone and she said we ordered from the downtown location and they didn’t have that food. She said “This happens all the time.” Frustrated and hungry, my daughter and I left to find another place to order food from. Had a thought to stop back on our way back to Fretboard to try to get a refund or see what could be done about my $50 order that I wasn’t getting. Then the girl says she can try to make us food, I told her I already ordered from somewhere else after our earlier interaction. She said she couldn’t refund an order from the downtown location. I was frustrated with my experience and said “That’s fine, I’ll make sure I don’t come back here again.” She at that point decided to raise her voice and tell me it’s my fault and not their fault as my daughter and I are walking away. She also used some language that I won’t repeat here. We clicked on the Lucious Q link on the Factory 52 website. I didn’t know they had multiple locations, it didn’t ask me which location I was at or prompt me in any type of way to choose location. This was probably the worst customer experience I’ve had in recent memory.

Do not park in the adjacent lot. Your car will be booted and you will have to pay a $150 to release it. This happened to several vehicles the evening I was there.

Very nice BBQ restaurant. I really like the style inside. And the food is absolutely delicious!

Should add some burgers!! Service was great and the it smells amazing. I'd go back for wings, but I'd love a grilled/smoked burger
