Good food, good ambiance, great service.
Superb! Party of about 14... waiter was attentive and personable. Food, excellent and value incredible! Ordering wine for large groups is a challenge but our waiter assisted and we found the perfect wines for our group. All around amazing experience!
Brick lined arches, speckled walls and an assortment of dramatic paintings bring Luciana's an intensely romantic mood. There was a varied selection of excellent wines at good prices. Both the red and white i tried were amazing. The food was very enjoyable. The bucatini amatriana with house-cured pancetta was great overall but the pancetta had the taste and texture of regular uncured pork and the bucantini was slightly over cooked for my taste. This made the dish a little less authentically Italian to me but still delicious in its own way.
Our evening was marred by the rude behavior of our server, Oscar. When my wife inquired about hot sauce, his response was not only loud but also dismissive, stating, "You're in an Italian restaurant, not a Mexican one." Despite wanting to enjoy our time with friends, Oscar's behavior was disappointing. I hope the establishment takes this feedback to improve their customer service. Giving it a two-star rating reflects our overall dissatisfaction.
Great papparadelle with ragu sauce and beet salad. Very reasonable prices too. We will be back!
