The vibe.... The food.... You're welcome....

Had a bad experience a few weeks ago, I found a sharp broken piece of plastic in my food. When I told staff they said it was a piece of a lid and they said I should be fine now that I had removed it. I found a second small piece of plastic and decided to throw it away and not come back. Today I decided to give them a second chance. I shouldn’t have. The food was salty and below average and they forgot to give me my drinks. When I got home and noticed I called and they apologized and said if I came back that they would grab them for me. I came back about 15 minutes later and spoke to another employee -showing my receipt and explaining the situation. He reluctantly handed me the drinks and was really rude, insisting that they were closing and that I couldn’t order anything. Just wanted what I paid for….. I will not be coming back. The staff are careless and the food is average but extremely inconsistent. Cuốn nearby is so much better than this place.

Ok food, terrible service: 1/5 My family and I were excited to try this restaurant because it came highly rated. However, one interaction was so disappointing that I decided never to come back again. Luc Lac is one of the few restaurants where you order at the counter, then they that assign you a table. We got assigned a table but, it was right next to a drafty window. We scooted to one of the empty tables next to us and flagged down one of the hosts to inform her. The host angrily said "You can't sit there, that table has been assigned to someone else." I asked, "Oh, we were hoping to switch tables if that's ok. The other one has a bad draft." The host stared me for a long time, then walked off, visibly annoyed. It was an incredibly rude reaction from her part, and I left the situation feeling really uncomfortable. Ok, I get it. I wasn't trying to get someone else's table. And if we can't get a different table, at least inform us like adults how the system works, rather than treating us like a nuisance. I don't like that she just walked away rather than telling me. I would like to make it known that I usually have no problems with service workers. This might be the first time.

Food Bussin, Service: Phenomenal, Atmosphere: wildin!! Recommend for PHO (Train Pho) no complaints thus far.
