Definitely not a place I would recommend. Incredibly insensitive and disrespectful “security”. Came here with a few friends to have a good night after a birthday dinner. Although we didn’t have reservations, we were instructed to pay a cover and told that we had to sit by ourselves downstairs. We didn’t have an issue with this and were getting ready to pay and show our ID when the male security said that one of my friends wasn’t able to enter with her “pimp cane”. We informed him it was a mobility aid as she happens to have a disability and needs it to walk to which he then refused her entry with it. He then rudely approached her and asked her “what do you have?“ we then interjected and asked why he was asking for medical information. He somehow took offense to this question and said we were being “disrespectful” and that none of us could enter. From using microaggressive and ableist language, this establishment clearly has work to do on the customer service front. We will definitely be reporting this to the ADA as no one deserves to be talked to and disrespected the way Lowkey staff has done.

The food was ok but left something to be desired. The atmosphere and drinks was a vibe though and the waitress was nice. She was doing alot by herself. Food bartending and all. She was doing it all til help arrived then continued to.

The food wasn’t worth the price besides the wings. I ordered the lamb chops and I received lamb chops that were extremely small . If you get the giant margarita tower I recommend you get it with out ice. My tower was filled with ice. Only pour four drinks the tower was damn near done. I love my waiter she was very efficient and polite . The hookah prices are definitely not worth it . The atmosphere was beautiful . The drinks were weak .

This was the worst experience I ever experience after travelling an hour to get there. Their was no host at the host station and after what felt like forever, the host and the security come out with the most discussing attitudes ever charging a cover charge even though it was not noted when we called. The security came out with the most discussing attitude for just touching the rope that was there ,arguing and when we talking about his behaviour which was uncalled for he reuse to let us. We thought it was such a beautiful place but I would never recommend. The costumer service was below par.

The best customer service, cute decor, and the hookah is top-notch. The staff is attentive. My favorite spot in Forest Hills, Queens. Definitely a place for good vibes.

I don't think I'll go back there again. I went there with some friends for my birthday and the girl at the front was disrespectful to my friend from the time she arrived. I made reservations and when I got there they tried to seat us by the door and it wasn't enough seats they had a swing that looked uncomfortable. When we sat downstairs I asked if we can move because the way we were seated we couldn't converse with each other. I asked our waitress and she said she would ask the manager she never got back to us she seemed to cater more to the bigger party. We decided to move ourselves since the area was empty. In the middle of eating our food the hostess asked us to move because they had a party of 14. No class at all!!! I should've gone somewhere else where the service is better.

I've only been here 2 times. The food is delicious and the service was great Parking: Plenty of parking outside
