A few good beers on tap, good pizza and sides. Counter service but they bring the food out.
I was craving pizza, and decided to try out Love Supreme. I got the meat lovers with onion and mushroom and the meatballs to go. The meatballs with ricotta were so good! The pizza was just ok. There was something about it that I didn’t enjoy. I think the red sauce is a little too sweet?
Salami pizza add sausage ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ so good - fresh sweet basil great sauce sausage was a perfect add on
I liked the wings more than the pizza, although the cacio e pepe pie was pretty good. Our eggplant parm pie was great flavor but some of the eggplant was undercooked. First time I’ve experienced this type of semi-service, not that they did anything badly but I don’t think its my style. Next time I’ll choose a booth, the benches are a little uncomfortable. Overall it’s solid.
The pepperoni pizza had wayyyyy too many pepperoni. Usually would not complain but I mean it was a lot a lot
Our new favorite pizza place! I love the atmosphere, service and food. I’m gluten free and I think their in house crust is really yummy. It has a nice crunch and chew with a slight sourdough flavor.
I have mixed feelings about Love Supreme — it’s beautifully decorated and nice to have a local pizza restaurant in the neighborhood however its prices are a little confusing and make it a bit out of touch for many. For instance, a cocktail is $14 to $16 which is practically the same price as a pizza, $15 to $18. Beers are $8-$9. If you like soda, it’s only $4 and free refills. It’s also a counter service, seat yourself type of place, making those drink prices feel even higher. Perhaps it’s intentional, maybe they don’t want to be a hang out spot like Haymaker or Schoolhouse, they want people to focus primarily on eating with a drink or two. They do offer weekly trivia and live music though which is a nice touch. The food itself is good. I would go as far as to say the chopped salad was delectable, the fried chickpeas as croutons are a fun switch hitter. The pizza is not mind blowing or comparable to New York but it’s consistent and the crust is light and flakey. They have some inventive options like cacio e pepe and they aren’t afraid of pineapple on pizza which I appreciate. I believe they use to have cheesy bread when they first opened, I would love to bring that back.
Great service. Cool vibe. Awesome food. We loved the corn ribs, Margherita pizza, and the meatballs. Great new place.
