LouVino Fishers Restaurant & Wine Bar

My family and I went on Saturday for brunch. My SIL had made reservations for us. When we walked in there were maybe 7-8 occupied tables. No host is sight. After about 6 minutes the host finally shows up and takes us to a table. My brother asks if we could have the booth since it was empty but it was not clean either so he was told no. It took our waiter awhile to come over. He acted like he’s been running a marathon but that was the first time I’d see him. He took our drink orders and left. He came back after a bit with the drinks (the wrong drink). We ordered a pitcher of pineapple mimosas, he had brought us a pitcher of regular. No biggie - he replaced it with the correct pitcher of pineapple mimosas. My brother asked some questions about the menu and it took two trips to the kitchen for our waiter to be able to answer them. We finally ordered and the wait began. After about 20 minutes or so 3/6 entrees show up. They told us the rest will be out shortly. After they were finished we still didn’t have our food. I asked our waiter about it and he went to check in the kitchen. About 5 minutes later the rest of the food comes out. It was mediocre at best. We ordered a variety - pancake tacos, Benedict, quiche, and loaded tots from the app menu. The best thing I ate was the potato bites but $10 is too much to charge for four small bites. The waiter said they were short staffed but two from our party saw workers sitting in booths on their phones. I was super excited to try this place but overall we were let down. Our family likely won’t be returning.

Horrible customer service and took forever to get my order! Definitely not coming here again. Works off marketing but not good enough for a 5 star review

Great food and drinks

Omg! I'm sorry to have to write this terrible review. This was the absolute worse food that I've ever had. The restaurants decor was nice, but that's about it! Everything we had was sooo disgusting, but the grilled cheese that we special ordered. I'm so disappointed. I literally went down the street after leaving this place, went to Pinheads bowling alley, ate a ribeye steak and got pizza for the kids. This is where I should've went, to begin with. It would have saved me alot more time, money, and disappointment.

Our group was very disappointed by the service at this location. We came in for Sunday brunch, and it was over an hour before we received food or drinks besides water. In addition, several in our group ended up with food that was incomplete or cold, and when we paid, a lot of items were combined on the wrong checks. We really appreciated the manager's efforts to make it right by replacing and comping some of our items, but the replacement items didn't come out until long after we had finished eating. It was surprising because the restaurant didn't seem particularly full. We probably won't go back, at least for brunch. Parking: Limited free street parking immediately in front, paid garage across the street.

Used to be very nice and had an upscale feeling. Don’t know what happened recently but quality has gone way down. Went for a Sunday brunch when they opened. Floor was covered with food crumbs throughout the restaurant from the previous day. Food quality also much worse than before. Sad since this was our favorite brunch spot for a long time.

Good food, brie dip appetizer excellent but not enough bread. Flight of bourbon and wine were good. Weird vibes... Nice decor, but WWE wrestling on a TV over the bar.

Went for a drinks and possible appetizers. We ended up leaving after one drink because the place was filthy, drinks were priced as if we were in downtown Chicago, and the bartender took forever to merely acknowledge us even when the whole place was completely dead. 0/10 would recommend.

From what I can tell the whole operation doesn’t do well when it’s busy or on a weekend. Our waitress was MIA for most of our experience. The bathrooms are disgusting. The portions are small and not worth the price point nor the huge wait for cold food. We were offered a gift card for our poor experience but I’m not sure if that will be used. Go somewhere else.

After encountering long waits elsewhere, my party of 6 walked in to Louvino at 12:30pm on a Sunday. I’m so glad we did! The hostess graciously got us right in, as multiple other guests were also arriving. The restaurant was quickly filled up, yet the staff was wonderful! Everyone was so kind, attentive and accommodating. Our waiter, Mike, was awesome! The chef even came to our table to personally clarify a special order that we placed. Our food was delicious and the entire experience was very good. We will definitely be back!
