Wow just wow new here and roast beef sub off the chain ⛓️

I've become a regular lately.. everything I've had has been Great, so far I've dabbled with a few cold subs (everything cut to order and fresh) and the Philly cheese steak that was a hit. The staff is always super friendly and it's always the same faces .they also have down a fast flawless system to get you in and out while making sure to attend to every detail of your sub. They play good music too. just another plus*

Lobster Bisque, sandwiches and salad were all amazing

Just got a Cuban sub, I have only gotten cold subs before and it was delicious! Can’t wait to try more, took one star away because I wasn’t greeted upon walking in kind of just looked at me lol.

The subs really aren't the same anymore. I ordered 3 subs. They were paid for. A couple of customers were taken care of in between. It comes time to gather my sandwiches, and the cashier tells me they all have to go in the same bag. I hadn't even requested them to be separated. I mean, what do these paper bags cost them, $.01 each? Come on! The final straw was the punch in the 3 containers. That stuff is watered down like it's specifically for toddlers. It's just horrible! I didn't have ice, either. Also, the prices are not aligned with the quality meat they use. I'll stick to Publix subs or just make my own at this point. Businesses are being put in situations where they have to get creative to cut costs, and it's evident here.

I absolutely love to go to Lou's when I'm in town. my only issue that I'm having at the moment is the cleanliness. It really don't seem like they care as far as the cleanliness of place,and normal things like washing your hands and putting on new gloves if you grab a dirty dish towel because dealing with food. The food is always awesome but if I feel like I am going to get sick every time I eat their I am giving up on Lou's.

Very disappointed A large sub, drink with small bag of chips 27 bucks and then they ask for tips What is going on Nothing Extraordinary for what they charge.. First time and last time going here I hope they pay the workers well for the amount of money they make

Horrible Experience! Refused to give me my order. Rude staff, disorganized. Every single customer that came inside was waiting for a long period of time. I literally waited over 20 minutes. I will never come back here again. You can’t treat paying customers like this. Awful! Would give 0 stars if i could. Also, inside looks run down, the floors are very dirty. Most definitely won’t be coming back here! Ever again!
