Update on my review I decided to take a chance on this place again. The food was a bit better. Unfortunately, the person that took my order over the phone forgot to put my order in. I drove over 20 min in the rain to pick up the order, hoping in person would be better. Once I arrived the staff said they didn't have the order. As I knew I'd spoken with the hostess I turned and asked her, you don't have my order? She then reluctantly pulled the paper she wrote it on from under a menu and said a hesitant, yes. Understandably, people make mistakes, but after my first experience and how bad it was, I could not believe what I was experiencing, I was so upset at giving them another chance. The manager on duty, Shelby, assisted, after I asked for a manager. He demonstrated a degree of customer service. That's all I have to say for now. Original review. This food was absolutely terrible. Was not fresh whatsoever. It was like everything was a day old. Decatur location on delivery, don't waste your money. Just Bad!!
