The staff is always upbeat and friendly and they greet you when you enter. The coffee is amazing, the method of roasting is great

I feel so lucky to have such a stellar coffee shop so accessible to the Anschutz Medical Campus! I work on campus and frequently walk to Lost for some fresh air and a pick-me-up, and have had nothing short of amazing service and fantastic drinks every time! I really love their rewards system, as it seems like I have discounted drinks on my account all the time. What a gem!
